Eating for Satiation

The ideal of eating foods that satisfy hunger is known as eating for “Satiation” which means when we eat we should eat to full fill and gratify our desire or appetite.
Eating is not easy when we eat a lot of carbohydrates, sugar, and in the morning we over indulge by drinking to many stimulates like lattes. For example, at a dietary workshop I participated in the chef at a the number one spa facility in world voted by Spa finder magazine this year and Conte Nast Traveler publications provided healthful recipes for eating within satiation.
Nutritional intakes: grains, proteins and fats that provide you great protein are quinoas, orzos, and couscous from West African or Israel.

To balance my meal I avoid animal: meatballs, hamburgers and hot dogs better known as surprise tubes this is not by choice but for health reasons, animals that are grain fed are preferred.   The increase use of elks, dears and rabbits for diets are hard to digest but, people in the Midwest for example, Pamela in Colorado a member of the unique group of women that follow the heating healthy with Andrew Weil, to consume animals that are large and rear.
